Andrew Jordan, CPA

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer

Mr. Jordan comes to InfraReDx with significant experience in the many aspects of managing and building early stage companies. With over twenty years at KPMG and significant experience in assisting emerging growth technology-based companies, he helped to start Guilford Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 1993 helping it through its initial public offering and helping it to grow from three employees to over three hundred employees. Mr. Jordan was instrumental in raising approximately $500 Million while at Guilford to support the Company’s research, development and commercial activities. He furthered his commercial experiences in 2004 by joining, Odyssey Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharma company with sales of nearly $100 Million.
